Individual nutrition plan

There is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Every single one Nutrition plan becomes 100% individual created, which is why it makes sense if you give me so many Info as possible.


A nutrition plan should always suitable for everyday use and be adapted to your needs. If that is not the case, it will be very difficult to come up with such a plan long term to implement.


I consider the following points when creating your plan:


  1. individual Suitability for everyday use : shift work, children/family etc.
  2. individual
  3. preferences
  4. and
  5. Dislikes
  6. during the meal
  7. Allergies/intolerances, such as lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, etc.
  8. your personal goals and expectations:
  9. Calorie requirements
  10. and
  11. Calorie intake
  12. Coverage of all the important ones
  13. nutrient
  14. : healthy macronutrient ratio + micronutrients

  15. Important : You won't have to count calories or use any other methods yourself. Your main task will be to implement the meal variants from your nutrition plan as accurately as possible.

    

    If you book the coaching with:

    It usually begins with a phase in which you watch quantities quite closely and eat few things outside of the plan (there will still be exceptions). This is followed by a more flexible phase in which you feel more freedom and eat more and more meals that are not necessarily on your diet plan, but still use the same principle. You will be supported by me throughout the entire process, your back will be strengthened and, if necessary, there will also be motivational tips and encouragement :)
