A nutrition plan should always suitable for everyday use and be adapted to your needs. If that is not the case, it will be very difficult to come up with such a plan long term to implement.

It usually begins with a phase in which you watch quantities quite closely and eat few things outside of the plan (there will still be exceptions). This is followed by a more flexible phase in which you feel more freedom and eat more and more meals that are not necessarily on your diet plan, but still use the same principle. You will be supported by me throughout the entire process, your back will be strengthened and, if necessary, there will also be motivational tips and encouragement :)
